For many fans, there has probably been at least one moment in their lives when they dreamed of becoming part of BTS's crew or working alongside the group. Watching makeup artists gently touch up the members' looks or seeing staff members rush in to wipe away their sweat moments after a performance, it's safe to say that quite a few fans have felt a little jealous—and wished they could be in that position themselves.

Jokes aside, beyond the excitement of seeing their idols up close, the opportunity to contribute, even in a small way, to their journey and career would undoubtedly be both meaningful and rewarding. At the same time, rumors have circulated for years suggesting that entertainment companies are often reluctant to hire fans to work directly with artists due to various concerns, leaving many wondering whether they would ever have a chance to work in the кσяєαn entertainment industry at all.
In reality, however, most entertainment companies have no such rule. In fact, at some agencies, being a fan beforehand can even be considered an advantage. As long as you can do your job professionally, there's no reason you wouldn't be qualified for the position. And now, it seems the opportunity for talented ARMYs around the world to work with BTS has finally arrived!
BigHit Music, a HYBE subsidiary, recently posted a new recruitment notice featuring seven positions—all of which are directly related to BTS's activities. The openings include Senior Artist Marketing Specialist for Album & Brand Strategy, Production Project Manager, Live Performance Content Production Team Member, Visual Content Planner, Artist Exhibition Production Specialist, Style Direction Specialist, and Brand Experience (BX) Designer.
According to the announcement, all positions are full-time roles based in Yongsan, Seoul, South кσяєα. Requirements vary depending on the role. Some positions seek applicants with more than seven years of relevant experience, while others are open to candidates with less experience but strong potential and suitable sкιℓℓ sets.

BigHit Music's latest hiring initiative immediately became a hot topic across social media platforms, sparking lively discussions among fans. Many observers noticed that the recruitment criteria appear to be aimed at younger professionals with innovative mindsets and fresh strategic perspectives.
One fan commented: "It seems like BIGHIT is looking for people who are innovative and adaptable to current trends. Correct me if I am wrong, but currently other agencies have teams that are way more modern and more connected with fans, while BIGHIT is trailing far behind on this matter."
Other fans echoed similar sentiments: "Understandable because from their decision in Hooligan's choreography make me think that BTS's team rn doesnt really keep up with the trends. they chose the easy one thinking it could be a trend but obviously the one tae and hobi posted on tik tok has way more potential", "I mean with all the short attention span and trends thing they keep talking about, it'll be nice if they get a genz on the team", "It was about time for a generational renewal, and they show that they have no fear of it, unlike what happens in some business and entertainment sectors not only in KS",...
The speculation appears reasonable given the current landscape, where both BTS and their management company must continue maintaining their global influence amid an entertainment industry that is evolving rapidly. Bringing in younger talent may be essential for keeping pace with the new generation of K-pop rather than relying on outdated formulas and conventional approaches. At the same time, BTS will inevitably need to continue attracting younger au∂ιєnces, and achieving that goal may require younger employees who naturally understand and belong to the same generation as those potential fans.

Ultimately, regardless of the company's exact motivation behind the recruitment drive, fans hope the move will benefit BTS as a whole. Of course, many are already excited about the possibility of applying themselves, with discussions continuing to spread across online communities:
