The culprit was actually j-hope, but the idol was too afraid to confess at the time. Years later, j-hope finally admitted the truth. "Well…I confess to you now…in that moment I couldn’t tell you that it was me because you were swearing so much about how mad you were. I couldn’t bring myself to confess with my own mouth that I was the one that put the gum there," he recalled.
Further supporting Jimin's reputation is testimony from V. During a fan-sign event in the past, V was asked to rank the members based on how scary they are when angry. Without hesitation, he placed Jimin at No. 1, followed by j-hope and SUGA. Interestingly, RM was voted the least intimidating member when angry. Despite being the leader and having an appearance that can sometimes come across as somewhat savage or intimidating, RM is well known for his incredible patience and impressive emotional control.
