The Way BTS Made It Up to ARMY for the Ticketing Company’s Mistakes Moved Fans to Tears

BTS’s first concert in вяαzιℓ as part of the ARIRANG World Tour took place on the evening of October 28 at MorumBIS Stadium in São Paulo, delivering unforgettable, high-energy moments as the group returned to the South αмєяι¢αn country after seven years. However, behind the electric atmosphere, a series of controversies surrounding the event’s organization significantly affected the experience many fans had been looking forward to.

According to reports shared on social media, hundreds of ARMY with valid tickets were allegedly left stranded outside the stadium when several entrances closed an hour before the show began. Inside the venue, the situation was no better. The pista floor was packed, some spectators in the seated sections had to sit on the stairs because no seats were available, and VIP camarote areas were reportedly packed to capacity.

Other complaints highlighted inadequate restroom facilities and poor crowd management. These issues were widely attributed to Live Nation allegedly selling more tickets than the venue could actually accommodate, resulting in severe overcrowding inside the stadium.

Another major consequence was the lack of sufficient safe space along the planned route for BTS to perform the iconic “IDOL” stadium walk, a signature moment featured at other concerts. The segment is also unlikely to return for the next two shows on October 30 and 31. This is undoubtedly a major disappointment for local fans!

Despite having no responsibility for these organizational failures, BTS did everything they could to make it up to ARMY and deliver a performance worthy of their love and support. Although the members could not perform their usual stadium walk, they made up for it by performing the full choreography of “IDOL” onstage for the first time in years. The members gave it 200% with sharp choreography and captivating stage presence. Their ability to get the crowd hyped was just as impressive as during the usual stadium-wide parade.

BTS also went beyond expressing their gratitude through music, sharing heartfelt words with ARMY during their closing speeches.

Jin enthusiastically explained that he now understood why вяαzιℓ had been chosen as the final stop of the Latin αмєяι¢αn tour: fans there truly knew how to party. He also shared a particularly sweet message: “I’ll be returning home, carrying all the love and heartfelt emotions I’ve received from you close to my heart. Then, let's see u again the day after tomorrow. Bye!”

j-hope could barely hide his amazement at the sight of 81,000 fans, exclaiming, “You guys, this is seriously unbelievable. Maybe that's why when you sing along, I can hear your voices from the back with a delay. It’s truly amazing.” He also expressed how deeply he had missed the country, saying, “I’ve missed вяαzιℓ so much. I’m leaving with such overwhelming emotions, and I’m so happy.”

Meanwhile, Jungkook recalled that he had never forgotten вяαzιℓ’s pαѕѕion and said it was an honor to conclude the South αмєяι¢αn leg of the tour there. He also praised the venue, saying, “This stadium, the concert venue, is so pretty. so i think it's a place that matches our stage the very best”.

Although it rained, Jungkook believed that the fans’ presence had turned the night into a memorable experience. He ended by saying, “So thank you once again, and we'll work hard for the remaining two shows”.

Amid all the difficulties ARMY had to endure, BTS’s dedication onstage and heartfelt gratitude touched the hearts of countless fans. ARMY couldn’t help but share their emotional reactions: "They're so sweet to us", "BTS making up for Live Nation’s fck-ups in the best way possible. вяαzιℓian ARMY got a special memory to cherish today, turning what could’ve been a disappointing experience into soмєтнing truly unforgettable", "There are always so many reasons to fall in love with BTS, and one of them is that they always find a way to fix the mess created by others in the most EPIC way possible", "BTS didn’t cause this mess, yet they still tried their best to make it up to ARMY", "BTS always puts ARMY first. My heart can’t take this much love",...
