The Reason Why BTS Members Want To Hide The Painting Shown On The Recent Weverse Live

After the final concert night in Tampa, four BTS members—Suga, j-hope, Jimin, and V—surprised fans by appearing on Weverse Live to greet them. Despite having just finished a concert that lasted several hours, all four maintained positive energy and chatted comfortably as a way to “wrap up” their emotions together with fans after the series of shows there.

During the broadcast, the members continuously shared their joy at seeing ARMY happy. SUGA said, “Everyone had a smile on their face at the concert, so I felt so good,” and Jimin agreed, “I really loved it.” They were also particularly surprised by the presence of many fanboys—people they initially thought were just accompanying their families, but who turned out to be dedicated fans, freely jumping and partying along to every performance.

The atmosphere became even livelier when SUGA humorously reenacted fans “fainting” in front of him as the iconic melody of “Pied Piper” began playing, making the other members burst into laughter. Meanwhile, j-hope didn’t forget to send a playful “warning” to fans in мєχι¢σ after SUGA read a comment saying “мєχι¢σ is ready”: “мєχι¢σ!!!!!!! But wow, you will be SHOCKED, y’all gotta be prepared.”

Beyond these fun “after concert” conversations, there was a small detail throughout the livestream that υиєχρє¢тє∂ly drew major attention from fans: a painting hanging above the sofa in their hotel room—and the way the members deliberately covered it with… a towel. This action made many ARMYs laugh, but also sparked curiosity.

At first, many thought BTS did this to prevent “internet detectives” from identifying the hotel location through the painting—an easily recognizable object. Others recalled a past incident where the group had to use multiple pillows to cover a somewhat sensitive painting in a hotel room during a livestream.

However, some observant fans realized that this painting didn’t have those issues. In fact, it had already appeared clearly in a video RM posted on Instagram earlier while doing a challenge for LE SSERAFIM’s song “Celebration.” The painting itself was not sensitive at all—it simply depicted a person sitting on a boat in the middle of a vast black-and-wнιтe river.

The real answer was only “revealed” when fans paid closer attention to the members’ conversation. At one point, Jimin told SUGA: “You can take that towel off (the painting) now~.” Right after that, SUGA slightly lifted the towel, then put it back down and sighed, “(Sigh) what a hαѕѕle.”

This moment led fans to realize that the real purpose might have been to prevent the painting from reflecting whatever was displayed on the TV across from it. However, the towel was too small compared to the painting and, in reality, didn’t cover much at all. The painting still faintly reflected what BTS were watching on the TV at several moments. This clearly became the most reasonable explanation for SUGA’s “helpless” reaction toward the towel, while Jimin suggested they could just remove it since it was useless.

At that point, fans couldn’t help but laugh at the awkward yet hilarious situation, leaving many amusing comments:

- At first he opens a can with one hand looks so cool but the tone when he said "what a hαѕѕle" makes me wonder what kind of painting it was? It turns out that they were trying to not reflect the tv but failed lol

- Idk why it’s giving me the déjà vu of the previous incident which is similar to this one like Jk already did showed the painting but the members were hiding it w pillows

- And he straightaway opened that drink can with just one hand, showing his hot and cool side. Oh Yoongi, you're the most attractive man I've ever seen in my life!

- The way Yoongi lifted it for 2 seconds and then gave up… yeah he was DONE

- Not them trying to hide the reflection and failing so badly

- Jimin being practical and Yoongi being tired is the funniest combo ever

- Their expressions say it all—one is over it, the other knows it’s pointless

- j-hope’s reaction is exactly ours when we saw SUGA’s savage response to that useless towel
