Famous Actress Confesses BTS Changed Her Life, Revealing a Truth That Makes “Some Fans“ Ashamed

BTS’ status has now gone far beyond that of an ordinary idol group. Not only have the seven members won the hearts of fans around the world, but they also have a long list of famous “superfans” from the entertainment industry. Notably, even some of the biggest names in the industry, including Bi Rain, Yoo Jae-suk, Cho Yong-pil, and married couple Jang Dong-gun and Ko So-young, have shown the group their unwavering appreciation and support.

Recently, another name has been added to the list of celebrities with a special affection for BTS: actress Seo Woo!

Born in 1985, Seo Woo is a familiar face in the кσяєαn entertainment industry, having drawn attention through works such as A Crush and Blush (2008), Tamra, the Island (2009), Cinderella’s Sister (2010), Glαѕѕ Mask (2012), and The Housemaid (2010). In particular, her haunting villainous role in King's Daughter, Soo Baek-hyang (2013) earned her an Excellence Award at the MBC Drama Awards.

During an episode of KBS’ Happy Together, the veteran actress surprised many people by revealing that she is a “secret fan” of BTS. She does not simply enjoy the group’s music; she also shared that BTS has genuinely brought about a change in her life. One particular comment from Seo Woo about BTS later drew an enthusiastic response from ARMY.

Specifically, Seo Woo initially talked about how she and BTS had once lived in the same neighborhood, and how, whenever a car pαѕѕed by at the time, she would look out the window to see if it was BTS. She then directly shared: “I said I didn't have a dream. But after seeing BTS, I have a dream now”.

Seeing how much Seo Woo had been talking about BTS, one of the hosts exclaimed: “This is the most you've talked so far.” Shyly, Seo Woo continued: “When I watch BTS, I feel like working more.” When asked what she wanted to spend the money she earned that day on, the actress gave an answer that surprised the hosts even more: “I want to go to a BTS concert.”

Yet what really caught ARMY’s attention came afterward, when Seo Woo was asked which BTS member was her favorite. Rather than choosing a particular member, she gave an answer that fans considered to be very much in the spirit of BTS: “All 7 of them have to be there to be perfect. Nobody can be absent. It has to be all 7 of them.”

With just a short statement, Seo Woo prompted countless ARMYs to enthusiastically applaud her words across social media. Her comment drew even more attention amid recent controversies within the fandom over calls to exclude certain members, support OT5 or OT6, or attack one member in order to support another. Because of this, some ARMYs saw Seo Woo’s words as a direct slap in the face to those who call themselves ARMYs while simultaneously trying to divide the members.

Under the reshared video clips, fans were delighted by the actress’s “spill” and left many similar thoughts:

- I remember her in Cinderella's sister and Tamra the island. Real Fan 7-1=0

- They have to be 7 or nothing. No in betweens. They each bring a soмєтнing to the group that makes them whole and only a true fan will recognise and respect that. It’s ok to have a bias or even 2 or 3, as long as you love all 7

- Yes this is the mindset of true Army. You have to love them 7. No left out. It has to be 7 or nothing.

- Not her saying exactly what we all have been feeling…that urge to see them a million times after one time

- "When I watch BTS, I feel like working more" is so real they really give you that boost that you need to do and try

- She gets it. BTS has always been about all seven members, and I absolutely love that she said this so confidently

- This is exactly the kind of energy I want to see from people who genuinely love BTS. OT7 always!

- She literally said what so many of us have been trying to say. You cannot talk about BTS while constantly tearing the members apart

- Okay, Seo Woo just earned herself a place in my heart. Her words about BTS being complete only when all seven are together were so beautiful
