BTS are currently performing in North αмєяι¢α as part of their new world tour, ARIRANG. This weekend’s destination is AT&T Stadium in Arlington, making BTS the first K-pop group to set foot in the stadium, which can accommodate up to 100,000 people. Hours before the concert began, a festive atmosphere had already spread across the city, with waves of fans pouring in from all over and posing with their ARMY Bombs to take photos and commemorate this unforgettable day.

Meanwhile, just a few hours before taking the main stage, SUGA came to meet fans through a short livestream. It had been quite some time since SUGA last did an individual livestream, so fans were pleasantly surprised to see him. He appeared with sharper features compared to before the tour began, seemingly having ℓσѕт quite a bit of weight, while wearing ARIRANG tour merchandise. SUGA’s timeless beauty and adorable expressions made it impossible for fans to take their eyes off the screen.

However, SUGA did not remain the main focus of the conversation for long, as both he and ARMYs soon turned their attention to another famous figure — his three-year-old cat, Tang. During the livestream, SUGA proudly shared an update about his “son” while also revealing some adorable stories involving his parents and the cat while he has been on tour.

Talking about Tang, SUGA happily said, “Tang is doing really well,” while staying with his parents. He also revealed that his father sends him videos and photos of Tang almost every day, along with messages about what the cat has been up to. For example, his dad often “shows off” Tang to his son by sending videos of Tang kneading on him with his front paws, along with messages like, “He was kneading today, too.”

These small but heartwarming stories show that Tang is not just SUGA’s pet, but has truly become a member of the Min family.

But the most noteworthy moment came when SUGA spent quite a bit of time “defending” Tang’s weight after revealing that the cat now weighs over 7kg. “When I'm on the tour, my mom gives Tangie a lot of snacks, so he weighs over 7kgs now. He's not a fat cat, but he's a bit chubby, I know he's 7kgs but he's not fat,” he shared.

He then went into even more detail: “He has a bigger frame, like he was just born that big, so even at the vet, after an evaluation they said that he wasn't obese or anything, but just bulked up cause he jumps and runs well. I've been telling my mom to stop giving him too many snacks.”

Well, SUGA really proved himself to be a good lawyer as he pαѕѕionately “defended” his son — pointing out that Tang gained weight because his mother has been taking such good care of him. Even though Tang has put on some weight, he is neither obese nor lazy. He is still active and energetic, just a little “heavy,” and apparently even more adorably chubby in SUGA’s eyes. With a defense like this, who could possibly argue with or tease Seoltang anymore?

Looking at SUGA’s sparkling eyes and the happiness written all over his face whenever he talked about Tang, one thing was clear: Tang must be the luckiest cat in the world to be surrounded by so much love from both SUGA and the entire Min family. Fans could not help but gush:
