On July 30 and 31, the BTS members departed for the United States to prepare for the group's two concerts at MetLife Stadium in early August, continuing their ARIRANG World Tour. Kicking off in East Rutherford, New Jersey, the tour is scheduled to run through the first half of next year, taking the group across North αмєяι¢α, South αмєяι¢α, Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East, with a total of 88 shows announced so far. However, HYBE's CEO previously revealed that more tour stops are currently being planned and will be announced in the near future.
Meanwhile, in the latest update, j-hope and Jungkook flew to the U.S. a day earlier for personal schedules, while the remaining five members were seen departing the following morning. At the airport, all seven members greeted reporters and fans with warm smiles and friendly waves. Despite their cheerful appearance, some members couldn't completely hide the signs of fatigue on their faces, even after BTS had a rare 10-day break following the European leg of their tour and their historic Halftime Show performance in New Jersey.

Notably, during a brief conversation with reporters at the airport, Jungkook opened up about his current health condition, leaving many fans concerned!
A reporter asked whether the members had been able to get any rest during their break. Jungkook honestly replied, "No," surprising even j-hope, who immediately turned to him and asked, "Why didn't you rest?" Jungkook explained that even after returning to South кσяєα, his jet lag was still completely out of sync. When the reporter pointed out that he would soon have to travel again, Jungkook added, "Right? But my sleep schedule gets messed up when I go there too."
His brief but candid remarks quickly caught the attention of fans worldwide. Many believe his condition is the result of BTS's demanding travel schedule over the past several weeks. In mid-July, for example, immediately after wrapping up two concerts in fяαи¢є, the group boarded an overnight transatlantic flight to the United States in order to make it in time for the Halftime Show. As soon as they completed the event, BTS flew straight back to South кσяєα for roughly 10 days of rest before returning to the U.S. once again to resume their world tour.
Constantly traveling between continents within such short periods leaves the body with little time to adjust to new time zones. Anyone who has experienced severe jet lag knows how exhausting it can be, often causing insomnia, prolonged fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and reduced physical performance. In Jungkook's case, before his body had even fully recovered, he was already back on the road preparing for the next series of concerts. On top of that, the members are also expected to perform at full intensity during every show, making the physical demands even greater.

Many fans also believe that Jungkook is likely not the only member dealing with this issue. Given BTS's packed touring schedule spanning multiple continents, the rest of the members could also be experiencing similar physical exhaustion and disrupted sleep patterns. As a result, fans have expressed growing concern over the group's current condition.
Across social media, countless ARMYs have been sending messages of support, hoping the members will continue to take care of their health and safely complete the long journey that still lies ahead:
- Jet lag is honestly the ultimate final boss for every idol traveling back and forth. Please take some time to rest. I don't want you to get sick
- Oh my heart, Jungkook! I thought he was relaxing in South кσяєα, but he's still suffering from jet lag. BTS, I love you. I wish you a safe journey, God willing. Oh, Lord
- On the plane later, I hope you can sleep soundly, darling. It hurts me to hear that he didn't rest
- Poor baby hasnt even gotten used to the korean time zone yet and they’re already moving to another one
- I feel so bad for all of them. First, Europe was 7 hours behind, then they went back to кσяєα where it’s 7 hours ahead, and now to the US where it’s half a day behind. Of course it’s impossible to adapt and get proper sleep like this!
- Ten days off wasn't even enough for him to recover... That's honestly нєαятвяєαкιиg
- Jet lag is no joke. Imagine flying back and forth between continents while performing hard. Please take care of yourself, Jungkook
- They've been working nonstop. ARMYs just want them healthy. Please take care of yourself babies
- They're giving us incredible performances every single night, but I hope they never feel like they have to sacrifice their health for the tour. Your health comes first, always
