“21st Century Pop Icons” BTS have painted Las Vegas red — the largest entertainment city in the United States, built in the middle of the Nevada desert. Back during their 2022 concerts held amid the ¢σνι∂-19 pandemic, the group once turned the entire city purple, the symbolic color of ARMY. Now, four years later, BTS are once again covering the city in red — the signature color of their newly released album, ARIRANG.
Meanwhile, all tickets for the four nights of BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ IN LAS VEGAS sold out completely during ticket sales earlier this year. On the very first night of the concert series (the 23rd), more than 60,000 fans gathered at Allegiant Stadium. The mαѕѕive crowd shaking the venue with synchronized fanchants for “Body to Body,” a song infused with “Arirang” influences, created an electrifying atmosphere throughout the stadium.
BTS emotionally shared their heartfelt thoughts with fans, saying, "This stadium holds a truly deep meaning for us. When we held a concert here four years ago, only a limited number of people could attend due to ¢σνι∂-19. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who has waited for us unchanged for the past four years."

Continuing the excitement from the previous day, BTS kicked off their second concert with a soundcheck event alongside lucky fans, as usual. During this segment, however, one special ARMY couple caught the attention of the K-pop superstars and deeply moved many fans in attendance.
While the members were interacting with fans near the stage area, Jimin suddenly noticed a large banner being held by an elderly fan couple. The banner read: “We’re here enjoying BTS and celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary. We love BTS and your music…”
As soon as he read the message, Jimin could not hide his surprise. He adorably placed his hand over his chest, visibly touched by the couple’s heartfelt love and support for the group. He then respectfully bowed to them and expressed both his admiration and congratulations to the elderly ARMY couple right there in the stadium.
But Jimin did not stop there! He quickly grabbed the microphone and informed the other members, saying, “Here are people who are celebrating their 52nd wedding anniversary.” The moment instantly caught V’s attention. From another corner of the stage, V immediately ran over to get a closer look at the banner with an excited expression on his face. The singer then raised both hands in the air with a bright smile before bowing respectfully to the couple once again. Before leaving, V enthusiastically did a celebratory spinning hand gesture and hyped up the atmosphere even more.
This meaningful moment sparked strong emotions throughout the fandom. The fact that a couple who had been together for 52 years chose to celebrate their wedding anniversary at a BTS concert not only highlighted the group’s immense global influence, but also proved that their music truly connects multiple generations. At the same time, the sincere and adorable reactions from the BTS members delighted fans even further.
