V Wants Jungkook and RM to Quit This Bad Habit, But Another BTS Member Disagrees

BTS have been together for more than a decade, from their early days of struggling to establish themselves to becoming one of the biggest groups in the world. Throughout that journey, the seven members have not only been teammates but have grown to become more like brothers in the same family. They understand each other’s personalities, respect each other’s habits, and accept even each other’s quirks, allowing them to maintain harmony and a strong bond despite being seven very different individuals.

However, being close does not mean BTS have never had disagreements. Especially during their early years of living together, the members had quite a few arguments simply because of differences in their ways of thinking or lifestyles. V and Jimin once had the famous “dumpling incident,” j-hope and Jungkook had their “banana-throwing” incident, while SUGA and RM once threw pillows at each other over disagreements about cleaning the house.

As they grew older, the members also became more mature, and the “wars” of the past were gradually replaced by conversations aimed at understanding each other better. Interestingly, during a recent livestream featuring the maknae line and the leader, V brought up a discussion of this kind, and fans got to witness the whole thing!

Specifically, V υиєχρє¢тє∂ly expressed his hope that his two brothers, RM and Jungkook, would manage to get rid of a bad habit during their military service — snoring in their sleep. He said: "Hopefully Jungkook and Namjoon hyung will fix their snoring when they're there!"

However, Jimin immediately gave the completely opposite opinion. Rather than thinking that Jungkook and RM needed to change, he revealed that he had already become so used to their snoring from the days they lived together that it did not really bother him. Jimin said: "But I'm used to his snoring because I was with him for the couple of days".

While the 95z duo expressed opposing views, the two main subjects of the discussion, Jungkook and RM, did nothing but refuse to comment. This left fans laughing.

Jimin’s reaction also had ARMYs nodding along and pointing out that this might be the reason Jungkook chose Jimin as his military service companion. They also remembered an anecdote Jimin once shared from their military service days involving Jungkook and sleep. Back then, whenever Jimin woke Jungkook up for night watch, the maknae would be extremely unhappy and “just goes ‘AHHH FFFFF’.” After about a minute of complaining, Jungkook finally sat up, rubbed his shaved head, and muttered hopelessly: “Hyung, what the h3ck are we even doing here.”

As for RM, fans have long known that he has quite a serious snoring habit. When BTS appeared as guests on Cultwo Show, SUGA once made a rather “brutal” statement about RM’s snoring, comparing it to the sound of a tank driving past. RM himself also seems to be very aware of this. In one episode of RUN BTS!, when he was αѕѕigned to sleep in the same room as SUGA, V, and j-hope, the leader eventually took his pillow and belongings up to the attic room himself so that he would not disturb the others’ sleep.

These hilarious and sometimes exasperating stories surrounding the members’ sleeping habits not only bring laughter to fans, but are also one of the clearest examples of the natural bond between these seven people. They do not portray a perfect friendship, but instead show that they have disagreements and flaws of their own, and are never afraid to openly and honestly express their thoughts to one another.

But perhaps the most precious thing is that they are always willing to learn how to accept and be more understanding of each other, using time and their own experiences to smooth out the rough edges of seven different pieces and fit them together into a picture that feels complete. After all, BTS’s brotherhood is not measured by the beautiful image presented in the media, but has been built through the simplest and most genuine forms of understanding in their everyday lives.
