BTS are continuing their ARIRANG world tour with two nights of concerts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on July 6 and 7. The group's return after seven years since the Love Yourself World Tour has been met with an incredibly warm welcome from both fans and local residents. Ahead of the concert, the BBC reported that "BTS have returned to the UK," capturing scenes of crowds of fans gathering to welcome the group on the first day of the shows.
But the truly electrifying atmosphere only began once all seven members stepped onto the stage. From start to finish, fans never stopped singing along, cheering, dancing, and reacting to everything BTS said and every interaction they had with the au∂ιєnce. That explosive energy prompted the members to continuously praise London ARMY. Jin responded by holding up a banner that read "BTS ♥ ARMY," while V confidently promised that they would return again next year.
But that still wasn't everything BTS did to return their fans' love after coming back to London for the first time in seven years. Another moment involving V has been going viral, leaving ARMY completely smitten!
Specifically, while BTS were performing Life Goes On during the Surprise Songs segment, V walked over to one of the side stages to interact with fans. There, he suddenly spotted a fan holding a banner that read, "Marry Me." What happened next was the part that truly stole everyone's attention.
At first, V walked closer with a bright smile and placed his hand over his chest as a gesture of appreciation for the fan's affection. Then he sent the entire stadium into an uproar by suddenly getting down on one knee and extending both of his hands forward, as if he were proposing back to the ARMY holding the banner. The brief yet incredibly sweet interaction instantly melted the hearts of both concertgoers and fans watching online.

Several members have encountered similar banners, and naturally, each of them has reacted in their own unique way. A perfect example came during the Busan concert in the middle of last month, when Jin uploaded a photo that happened to include a banner reading "Seok Jin Marry Me." Unlike V, BTS's eldest member simply posted the picture to show that he had noticed the proposal, without giving any response at all.
Interestingly, that silent acknowledgment was actually much gentler compared to what happened during one of his livestreams years ago. During a previous livestream, a fan directly commented, "Please marry me!" Jin did respond—but his answer was so blunt that it hilariously shattered everyone's fantasies: "Don't say such nonsense," leaving ARMY laughing through their tears.
Watching these moments side by side, many fans joked that BTS's hyung line seems much more grounded, while the younger members—especially V—are still overflowing with romance.
