BTS is now just about a week away from kicking off the Latin αмєяι¢α leg of their highly anticipated ARIRANG World Tour. Cities across Latin αмєяι¢α where BTS are scheduled to perform this October are actively mobilizing resources to prepare for the mαѕѕive crowds of fans expected to attend.

According to BigHit Music, local authorities are making operational plans based on an estimate of more than 150,000 visitors. City councils are also treating BTS’ concerts as major city-level cultural and tourism events, including plans to honor the group with the title of “Honorary Guest.”

Beginning in Bogotá, Colombia, on October 2, BTS will hold a total of 14 shows across five major cities in Latin αмєяι¢α, including Lima, Peru; Santiago, Chile; and Buenos Aires, Argentina, before wrapping up the tour with its final stop in São Paulo, вяαzιℓ, at the end of October.

While excitement is spreading throughout the fandom, a major concern has also begun to emerge after fans discovered content in recent hours that allegedly contains serious threats to the members’ safety, particularly V.

Specifically, screenshots of a post from a TikTok account named @kingjj.kingpj have been circulating within the fan community. The post is allegedly from a group of extremists planning and encouraging others to participate in a series of extreme actions targeting V during the upcoming Latin αмєяι¢α leg of the tour.

The post contains disturbing statements such as “Start the ‘countdown’ for Kim Taehyung” and “Someone will not make it out of Latin αмєяι¢α alive. вяαzιℓ is the final destination,” with the latter seemingly referring to V. The group also called on shipper and solo fans to “stick closely to the plan” so that “no one will know who the perpetrators are.” The content also dragged the late Yeontan, V’s beloved dog, and the idol’s grandmother into the attacks.

At the same time, the circulated content contains bizarre and delusional claims about the relationships between BTS members. These toxic individuals also attacked V by portraying him as selfish, fame-hungry, and someone who causes trouble, while mocking his personal injuries with remarks such as “deafness + injuries are only the beginning” and even directing ∂єαтн ¢υяѕєs at him.

Notably, this is not the first time in 2026 that the idol has faced content involving threats to his life. Earlier this year, threats involving throwing acid at V surfaced ahead of his concert in мєχι¢σ. In February, a shipper fan in Portugal was accused of camping outside his hotel in Lisbon and making threats of physical νισℓєи¢є, while in September, content encouraging people to buy tickets with the intention of attacking V at his вяαzιℓ concert also surfaced.

Given the severity of the newly circulated content, fans in multiple countries, along with major fanbase accounts, have been calling on others to report the account in question as well as other accounts suspected of being connected to it. At first, many believed this was a group of extremist вяαzιℓian fans, but this was later clarified: the person who wrote the post is not confirmed to be вяαzιℓian; they simply mentioned вяαzιℓ because it is the final stop of the Latin αмєяι¢α tour.

Along with reporting the accounts, ARMYs are actively sending the information to BigHit Music and HYBE, urging the company to seriously investigate the matter and take measures to protect V throughout his upcoming schedule. Fans have also expressed particular concern for V’s well-being and safety:
