After completing their concert in Baltimore, USA, on the 11th (local time), V and Jungkook had dinner together and openly shared their honest thoughts in a relaxed atmosphere. One of the most notable things they talked about was their health issues, which had even recently required them to visit the hospital, drawing attention from fans around the world.
Jungkook said, “My shin is on the verge of a stress fracture. It isn't a full stress fracture yet, but there is severe inflammation in my shin, and it seems there are micro-lesions in the bone.” Meanwhile, V revealed for the first time that his hearing had not been good for about two and a half years. He described: "If my left ear hears at 100%, my right ear only hears at 30%. So I am consistently taking medication and diligently visiting the hospital."

The two members’ revelations sparked waves of concern and sympathy among fans. Fans expressed their worries with comments such as, “Ahh I’m sad too, Get well soon,” “And yet they still go so hard when dancing, interacting,” “I wish you a speedy recovery, God willing,” and “It’s so нєαятвяєαкιиg to know that they have been struggling during this tour.”
While the news brought a somber mood to the fandom, the idols also knew just how to comfort their fans. Shortly afterward, V and Jungkook υиєχρє¢тє∂ly brought some good news — perhaps exactly the healing dose ARMYs had been waiting for!
Specifically, during a recent livestream, Jungkook suddenly asked V, “When are we gonna film Run BTS again?” V immediately responded enthusiastically, “WE SHOULD!!!” Jungkook initially seemed unsure about the exact timing, but quickly corrected himself and confirmed, “I guess, I think we’ll be filming… no, we will be filming.”
The BTS maknae then tried to recall more details about the filming plans and revealed that the group had already had a meeting about what they would be doing. Finally, Jungkook confidently confirmed once again, “Anyways, we’ll be filming Run BTS.” That firm statement alone was enough to get fans of BTS’ variety show incredibly excited.
Previously, in May this year, BTS officially brought Run BTS back with its 2.0 version after around three years of group hiatus as the members took turns completing their mandatory military service. The opening episode, titled “Run BTS BTS’s Trip,” was released on their official YouTube channel and Weverse, quickly making a strong impact. According to кσяєαn media, Part 1 of the episode surpαѕѕed 10 million views on YouTube in just 10 days, while Part 2 also surpαѕѕed 5 million views within three days of its release.

However, since then, Run BTS has once again gone on hiatus as BTS have been busy with the biggest world tour of their career, along with packed individual schedules. It has also been quite a while since fans last got to watch a new episode of the show. That is why V and Jungkook’s confirmation this time around has been seen as a very welcome sign for fans who have been eagerly waiting for its return.
