The Reason SUGA Didn’t Return to Korea with BTS Members After North American Tour Revealed

On September 7 (KST), BTS held the final show of the North αмєяι¢αn leg of their 'ARIRANG' world tour at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California (USA). BTS took the stage at SoFi Stadium a total of four times on September 1, 2, 5, and 6, wrapping up a spectacular stadium tour across North αмєяι¢α and showing that the group's appeal remains as strong as ever despite recently going through a period of hiatus from group activities.

Previously, according to Billboard Boxscore, BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ had grossed more than $433 million and sold around 2.3 million tickets after just 38 international shows. This achievement made BTS the third artist in history, following Beyoncé and Bad Bunny, to surpαѕѕ $100 million in revenue for multiple consecutive months. Even after wrapping up the North αмєяι¢αn leg, the group still has another half of their journey to meet fans around the world ahead of them, with more records expected to be set along the way.

Meanwhile, after wrapping up their North αмєяι¢αn journey, BTS immediately returned to South кσяєα on the evening of September 8 (local time). The moment the six members appeared at the airport quickly drew attention, as a large crowd of fans and members of the press had been waiting for them for hours. The nonstop cheers created an atmosphere that felt nothing short of a triumphant homecoming.

Despite enduring a long and exhausting flight, the members still responded to the affection from fans and the media by clapping along and bowing in thanks.

However, the first thing ARMY quickly noticed was that one familiar face was мιѕѕιиg from the returning lineup: SUGA!

At first, some fans thought SUGA might have gotten ahead of the other members, as he is known for moving “like the wind” whenever he appears at the airport. Others guessed that the rapper had used a different exit because he dislikes the noise and attention. However, the reality was that SUGA was not at the airport at all.

Reporters at the scene quickly revealed that SUGA did not return to South кσяєα with the other members because he had a separate schedule. They also said they would provide fans with more updates once his specific schedule was confirmed.

The news immediately left fans curious about SUGA's next plans. One of the most common theories was that the rapper might be preparing for a collaboration project or some personal content. In particular, SUGA has seemingly been showing more interest in outdoor activities such as running and hiking lately. Ahead of the San Francisco concert, he filmed a personal vlog in which he tackled some of the city's famous slopes and hills.

As a result, quite a few ARMY excitedly speculated that SUGA might have stayed in the US to do soмєтнing similar, perhaps enjoying some hiking while also producing a new vlog. Meanwhile, fans also came up with some other random and entertaining theories, including the possibility that SUGA was taking the opportunity to enjoy a vacation in Hawaii, especially since BTS will have more than 20 days off before their next schedule.

Fans have been actively discussing this detail on social media ever since BTS landed at Incheon:

- Welcome home tannies n have a good rest with your family. And for Yoogi, he has def gone for a run in diff country wait till we get a vlog from him

- Yoongi not coming back with the members and having a “separate schedule”?? Okay, now I’m VERY curious

- After half marathon and hiking, Yoongi probably might be planning to scale a mountain or canyoning or sky running. I won’t be surprised if he does soмєтнing of that sort and we get a vlog soon

- Where is YOONGI? Maybe meeting a writer in L.A ?! If not, I think we can expect a new Yoongi running vlog soon

- Probably went to treck on a mountain. He’s really been pαѕѕionate about this lately

- Wait, Yoongi’s contract with Valentino ended quite a while ago, didn’t it? Is it time for him to sign a new one?

- Could this be a new collaboration or another personal vlog? Whatever it is, I’m already excited!
