Since kicking off the "ARIRANG" World Tour in Goyang this April, BTS has delivered a series of spectacular concerts filled with brand-new experiences for fans. The group's latest world tour introduced several impressive production elements, including a 360-degree stage, visual and lighting designs deeply inspired by traditional кσяєαn aesthetics, and an even greater emphasis on artist–fan interaction. Among the most anticipated segments at every stop, however, has been the "surprise songs" portion.

True to its name, both BTS and the au∂ιєnce eagerly wait to find out which two songs the DJ will select from the group's extensive discography. Even the members themselves have no idea which tracks will be played until the music actually starts. That's why, before every surprise-song segment, RM enthusiastically shouts the line that has now become an iconic catchphrase: "DJ, spin that sнιт!"

Since the beginning of the tour, every city has created unforgettable memories thanks to the DJ's υиєχρє¢тє∂ song choices. In Germany, "Pied Piper" was played, a fitting choice as the song was inspired by the legend of the Pied Piper of Hamelin. London was immersed in the emotional anthem "Young Forever," bringing back memories of the Love Yourself tour in 2019. In Las Vegas, the DJ surprised fans with "Spine Breaker," while ѕραιи got to enjoy "Airplane Pt.2." Most recently, in fяαи¢є, "We Are Bulletproof: The Eternal" left both BTS and ARMYs deeply emotional.

Although every BTS song is considered iconic, ARMYs each have their own "wish list"—hoping to hear a particular song at the concert in their own country or longing to see a track return to the stage after years of not being performed. Many fans have even jokingly admitted to feeling "jealous" when one of their favorite songs is played in another country instead of at their hometown concert. Across social media, countless ARMYs humorously "threatened" to track down the identity of "DJ Spin That Sнιт" and jokingly demand that he play their favorite songs.

And now, it seems ARMYs have finally uncovered the identity of the mysterious DJ!

A video that has surpαѕѕed 1.2 million views on X shows a member of BTS's staff surrounded by fans inside the stadium. According to the person who uploaded the clip, this is the very DJ responsible for playing the surprise songs during BTS's concerts—the same person RM famously calls out to with the now-iconic phrase, "DJ, spin that sнιт!" before every surprise-song segment.

In the video, the staff member appears remarkably down-to-earth. He is wearing a Calvin Klein ARIRANG World Tour shirt, carrying a walkie-talkie, and constantly taking notes on his phone. Fans noticed that he seemed to be looking at the banners they were holding, writing down the songs they were requesting. Many speculated that he was collecting fans' requests and would later base the surprise-song selections on whichever songs were requested the most.

Ironically, after finally identifying the DJ they had spent months joking about "hunting down," fans' reactions were nothing like the playful "threats" they had made online. The moment they saw his shy expression, many immediately softened. As large groups of ARMYs recognized him and excitedly called out to him, he appeared bashful and slightly flustered. His gentle demeanor and humble vibe quickly won everyone over, with many fans joking that they simply couldn't bring themselves to be mad at him anymore. Instead, they said they would politely ask him to consider playing this song or that song at future concerts.
