RM Moved To Tears By This Emotional Moment From ARMYs At Goyang Concert Day 3

Starting with the concert on the 9th, BTS performed at the Goyang Sports Complex for three consecutive days, announcing the group’s return with all members after four years. This was not merely a series of concerts, but also a significant milestone marking a new chapter in the group’s journey following their hiatus due to mandatory military service.

As with the previous two nights, when darkness fell over the main stadium of the Goyang Sports Complex in Gyeonggi Province, around 44,000 fans waved their glowing lightsticks and chanted “BTS” in unison. Amid cheers that lasted for about ten minutes, BTS suddenly appeared, and the performance of their new song “Hooligan” began.

Over the course of 180 minutes, the artists and fans gave it their all, performing tracks from the album ARIRANG along with a series of global нιтs such as “Butter,” “Dynamite,” “FIRE,” and “I Need You.” Altogether, it created an explosive night where music and emotions blended seamlessly without any distance between the stage and the au∂ιєnce.

In particular, on this day, the moment when BTS and ARMY came together to sing the iconic ballad Spring Day left an unforgettable impression, even deeply moving RM. More than 40,000 fans in Goyang sang in unison, transforming the stadium into a mαѕѕive choir, while the light from thousands of lightsticks made the scene resemble a sparkling, star-filled sky. “Spring Day” echoed throughout the vast space, carrying memories, longing, and the emotions fans had held onto during the years of waiting.

Faced with such a scene, it was not difficult to understand why RM was brought to tears. He placed his hand on his chest, his eyes filled with emotion as he looked toward his fans, quietly singing along to each line. Tears streamed down his face until the very end of the song, serving as a release after a long period of restraint, and at the same time, a testament to the deep bond between the artist and his fans.

A fan immediately shared their empathy for RM’s emotions on social media, writing: “He looked so emotional the entire time, & I understand him perfectly.. I was crying so hard, but after seeing him like that, I couldn't help but cry my heart out. I always say that no song describes my feelings for them, especially during their absence, better than spring day.” This heartfelt message seemed to capture the shared feelings of tens of thousands present in the stadium that night.

Other fans also expressed: "Finally spring day is coming Joonie, it's fine now", "I knew it, he looked so emo during his ment too like if he said anything more he was gonna burst into tears", "I wish we all could be there and tell him everyday how much he's loved", "He is not alone I too cried and ugly sang", "Not only him but I'm sobbing so hard. Nostalgia really will k1ll you", "We have been waiting for this moment for years. I know you, Namjoon", "Namjoon I hope you know words can’t describe my love for you",...

Following this emotional moment, at the end of the concert, RM told ARMYs, “I just want to say that I love you guys more than the word I Love You itself. I love you,” once again deepening the special bond he shares with his fans.

Not only RM, but during the final ment before the concert ended, the other BTS members also could not hide their emotions. Notably, j-hope appeared with reddened eyes as he thanked fans and closed with his signature slogan: “I’m your hope, you’re my hope, I’m j-hope!!” — sending the entire stadium into an eruption of cheers.

The overwhelming emotions of the members are not difficult to understand. The three nights of concerts in Goyang were not just performances, but a meaningful reunion after three years of hiatus due to military service, and nearly seven years since their last global tour. It was a long enough time for both the artists and fans to accumulate longing, only to finally release it in the moment they met again in person.

Meanwhile, during the second night of the concert, RM spoke on behalf of BTS about the group’s “2.0 era”: "We are showing a lot of changes, including our music, but what truly matters remains unchanged: the fact that the seven of us have chosen to continue this journey together." He also affirmed, "Our feelings for all of you are genuine. We have never once taken for granted the fact that you filled this stadium to capacity."

The group’s leader further expressed his hope that fans would continue to stand by them: "We are all over thirty now. As independent individuals who have worked for 15 years, we made this decision (to stay together). So, I hope you can trust us a little more and generously watch over and enjoy our evolution. Please, trust us just once more."
