However, not long after launching his first account, Jungkook decided to delete it, explaining: “I didn’t get hacked! I didn’t really end up using it, so I deleted it”. Still, he hinted that he might change his mind and return someday. And in July 2025 — after completing his military service — he finally did return with a new account named “mnijungkook.”

Although he does not upload many posts to his main feed, Jungkook has been quite active on Instagram Stories, frequently sharing everyday photos, interesting updates, and behind-the-scenes moments. Recently, he also excited fans by starting a vlog series documenting each day of BTS’s world tour, beginning with the group’s shows in Las Vegas. He even uploaded a post looking for someone sкιℓℓed in filming, photography, and video editing to accompany him throughout the tour.

However, just one day later, Jungkook’s Instagram account suddenly “disappeared,” leaving fans completely ѕнσ¢кed and confused!

Specifically, just minutes ago, many users discovered that the account “mnijungkook” was no longer visible on Instagram. When attempting to access the profile, the platform only displayed the message “User not found.” The incident quickly sparked concern and heated discussions across social media, especially considering Jungkook’s past history of abruptly deleting his Instagram account before.

According to several fans, Meta’s moderation AI has recently been mistakenly deactivating numerous Instagram accounts, including verified celebrity and business profiles. Similar incidents have reportedly happened to several other K-pop artists and groups in recent weeks, though their accounts were eventually restored afterward. Jungkook’s case appears to be similar, but it seemingly has not yet been addressed, leaving his account still unavailable on the platform.

As soon as fans realized the issue might be caused by a system error, ARMY quickly took to X to demand that Meta resolve the problem as soon as possible. Many also directly tagged BigHit Music in hopes that the company would step in and help restore Jungkook’s account quickly.
