On the 10th local time, BTS held the opening night of their Baltimore stop as part of their ARIRANG World Tour at M&T Bank Stadium in Maryland, U.S. Ahead of the concert, the group had to cancel the VIP soundcheck due to a tornado warning, heavy rain, and strong thunderstorms. Fans who were already at the venue at the time also had to quickly evacuate to designated shelter areas both outside and inside the stadium, worried that the severe weather could affect the main concert.

Fortunately, just before BTS took the stage, the weather improved and the concert went ahead as scheduled. Over the next two hours, BTS delivered a 21-song setlist spanning their early days to their latest releases, including “NORMAL,” “Butter,” “MIC Drop,” “FIRE,” “Dynamite,” “HOOLIGAN,” and “IDOL,” to the nonstop cheers of tens of thousands of ARMYs. The purple storm ultimately swept away all the worries from earlier!

Even V shared: “Even though because of the weather, the screen shut off at the beginning..so I was worried a bit but the screen came back and ARMYs screaming along with us so I had a great time. I knew to trust ARMYs and had a great show today. Thank you so much for coming, Love you!”

Meanwhile, after the concert, Jin visited fans through a live broadcast — his first in quite some time. He updated ARMYs on various interesting things happening in BTS’ lives recently, including the fact that he and Jungkook had cried together the day before. When Jin revealed what had made them shed tears, quite a few fans online were left surprised!

Specifically, Jin said that either the previous day or perhaps two days earlier, he had spent a very long time playing a game with Jungkook in their room. According to the idol, the two even played until around 7 a.m. What Jin least expected was that the game’s ending would be so sad that Jungkook teared up and he also found himself unable to hold back his emotions.

“Yesterday or the day before, I played games in the room with Jungkook for a long time. I think we played until like 7AM? And the ending was so sad. I was playing a solo game, and the ending was so sad that Jungkook teared up and I kinda cried. I don’t cry very often, even though I’ve cried while playing a game before, but it was just too sad,” Jin shared.

The revelation quickly surprised ARMYs, as Jin has mentioned several times that he is not someone who cries easily. Even during emotional moments on stage throughout his decade-long career and world tours, the idol rarely actually sheds tears. Jin has even humorously addressed a misunderstanding in the past, explaining that people often think he is trying to hold back tears when, in reality, it is mostly because his face simply looks like he is about to cry.

That is why Jin admitting that he shed tears over a game he played with Jungkook only made fans even more curious about what game could have such a нєαятвяєαкιиg ending.
