On the occasion of Jimin’s birthday on October 13, celebrations have continued to take place around the world. LED screen advertisements, bus campaigns, and in-person events have been organized across South αмєяι¢α, Europe, and South кσяєα. Meanwhile, the BTS members have also made sure to send birthday wishes to their beloved younger member through Instagram and Weverse, sharing fun photos along with sweet messages.

As for Jimin himself, following BTS’s annual birthday tradition, he took some time to connect with fans through a late-night livestream in кσяєα, which corresponded to around 3 PM in Chile. He looked adorable in casual clothes, wearing black-rimmed glαѕѕes and sporting soft blonde hair. Shedding his glamorous stage persona, Jimin looked just like a warm and approachable boy-next-door boyfriend.

During the livestream, Jimin also addressed a topic fans had long been curious about: why he is rarely seen spending time outdoors during breaks between tour dates compared to the other members.

Jimin candidly shared, “These days I don’t really have a routine. Because of the tour, I don’t really go out much. I like to stay inside the hotel and rest on days when we don’t have concerts. It’s different for all the members — they find it healing to go outside, but I like being in the hotel.”

Even on a special day like his birthday, Jimin had no elaborate plans for the day. He revealed that he had joined Weverse as soon as he woke up, before even washing up or having his first meal. “I came as soon as I woke up. I was going to wash up… I haven’t eaten yet. I just woke up,” he shared.

Jimin explained that the time difference between cities had affected his sleep, adding that he had been talking with the other members before going to bed at around 1 or 2 AM. With another concert scheduled for the following day, he had little planned for his birthday. “I don’t have any great plans for today, since the concert is tomorrow. I’ll eat my first meal, and wash up, and have dinner later,” he said.

During BTS’s ARIRANG tour, fans can still regularly spot the other members, particularly RM, j-hope, V, and Jungkook, heading out to explore local attractions or enjoy sports such as golf and pickleball. SUGA, meanwhile, sometimes ventures out on his own to hike or go running, or visits various places with his personal manager.

Jimin, however, is rarely seen out and about. Aside from the occasional sighting of him dining at restaurants, he seems to almost “disappear” from public spaces on days when BTS have no scheduled performances. Even in the recap photos shared after each tour stop, it is uncommon to see Jimin strolling around the city or visiting local landmarks.

Rather than heading out, Jimin seems to prefer spending time on his own, even if that simply means lying around and resting in his hotel room. Fans can completely relate to his choice, as unwinding in a private space is also a good way to recharge after exhausting performances on stage. Some even jokingly pointed out that Jimin is just like many busy young people who spend the entire week working or studying and want nothing more than to lie in bed all weekend.
