BTS has just wrapped up the opening leg of their “ARIRANG” world tour with three explosive nights in Goyang. The grand stage production, top-tier performances, and the pαѕѕionate cheers from fans created unforgettable moments, once again affirming the global status of BTS.
According to information released on the 14th, the city of Goyang reported that over the three concert days (April 9, 11, and 12), an estimated total of around 130,000 attendees were present. The entire event was completed with absolute safety, with no incidents recorded.
After finishing the first leg, BTS will take about four days of rest before continuing their world tour with two concerts on April 17 and 18 at Tokyo Dome, נαραи. The last time BTS performed at this iconic venue was in 2018 during their Love Yourself: Speak Yourself World Tour. Therefore, their return after eight years has fans more excited than ever, with preparations already underway for an unforgettable weekend under the dome of Tokyo Dome.

However, ahead of the concerts, several reminders from experienced fans who have attended concerts in נαραи are being widely shared to help others avoid potential violations. Specifically, a post from the account @bangtan_elfe, which has gone viral with over 250,000 views, stated: “To all foreigners going to Tokyo concerts next week: don't even dare to take your phone out to film or take pictures. It's forbidden here, people will happily denounce you and you will be kicked out of the venue (saw it happen many times). Vibe with the tannies as they wish.”

Another fan also shared their personal experience attending j-hope’s concert in נαραи: “Agreed!! When I saw Hobi last year, I only got 4 photos and perhaps one of the greatest memories in my life because I could just enjoy the moment. I’m sad I couldn’t get tickets to see Bangtan this year…so if I see anyone who won tickets sneaking photos I’ll be mad lmao.”

In fact, these reminders are not new but rather reiterate the strict regulations that BigHit Music previously outlined in its official notice regarding BTS concerts in נαραи on Weverse. The company clearly stated: “You will not be able to bring electronic devices (cameras, magnifying glαѕѕes with a recording feature, recorder, video recorder, or other recording devices) or dangerous materials into the venue.”
Attendees are required to set their phones to silent mode and keep them in their bags or pockets at all times, with absolutely no usage during the concert. If staff members detect phone usage, they have the authority to inspect the device on the spot. In cases where recording or filming is discovered, the violator will be required to delete all data immediately, be escorted out of the venue, and will not receive any ticket refund. This rule applies to all devices, including mobile phones.

נαραи is known for being highly organized but also extremely strict. Concerts in נαραи are famous for their rigorous copyright protection and their emphasis on live, in-the-moment experiences rather than recording. Identity checks, bans on ticket transfers, and strict no-filming policies are all firmly enforced, leaving virtually no room for attendees to secretly record or even take a single photo during the show.
Therefore, for the upcoming concerts, the most important thing for ARMY is to follow the rules and respect the shared experience. More than anything, a memorable concert is not defined by recorded videos, but by the genuine emotions of being immersed in the music alongside the artists. Many fans have also expressed support for these regulations, sharing that:
- Nah I was at Hots in Osaka and the crown was super lively!! Everyone was standing and fanchanting and singing and dancing, but in a respectful manner! Do it too at upcoming concert everyone. You will feel the difference
- I was ѕнσ¢кed to see so many phones floating in the air in кσяєα and BTS need to say put phone down everytime. It’s great that this doesn’t happen at concerts in נαραи—everyone should follow the rules.
- נαραи is known for its politeness; they'll "Waaah Foreigner-chan that camera so big and beautiful hehe (≧▽≦)." And then turn around to report your *ss
- The rules here forbid camera. It's written in big when you apply and the staff has the right to and will absolutely kick you out if found out. So it's a warning for people who might not have read when applying and won.
- With what the tannies have voiced about phones at concerts, I’m so happy that the rules in jpn are strict. They’ll definitely be able to have phone free concert
- This is one of the reasons why I like going to נαραи con. But getting tickets so difficult. I'm already here please
- absolutely glad for that tbh. too many ppl are so reliant on their phones, they literally can’t put it down for a second to enjoy a concert, it’s depressing!! like… what did yall think they did before smartphones existed?? i’d rather see the fans engage with the tannies tbh!
- Any ιи∂ια ARMY traveling to נαραи for BTS concert please make a note of this
- נαραи always have stricter rules & they abide by it too, like this aint a joke. If you don’t want to lose your money and your chance to see BTS, don’t take your phone out
- This is so true! I watched HOTS in Osaka and the stadium staff have eagle eyes. The נαραиese are sticklers for rules.
