BTS are currently among the biggest K-pop superstars not only because of their fame and achievements, but also because of the talent and sкιℓℓ recognized by industry professionals. They are one of the few idol groups that perform live on most stages, even maintaining stable vocals throughout concerts lasting over two hours while executing high-intensity choreography. To reach their current level of sкιℓℓ, the members went through years of rigorous training, and even today they continue learning and working to improve their vocals, especially the group’s vocal line.
Music industry experts have consistently praised BTS for their vocal techniques and stage performance abilities. During the production process for their fifth studio album ARIRANG, BTS collaborated with numerous internationally renowned producers, many of whom openly expressed admiration for the members after experiencing what it was like working with the group. However, each producer or songwriter sometimes has a particular “favorite voice” — the one that leaves the deepest impression on them after working together directly.
Among them, NITTI recently revealed which voice impressed him the most after working with the global superstars!
The αмєяι¢αn producer previously won a Latin Grammy for his contribution to the song “200 MPH” from X 100PRE by Bad Bunny — the album that won “Best Urban Album” at the 2019 Latin Grammy Awards. In BTS’s ARIRANG album, NITTI participated in producing the tracks “FYA,” “One More Night,” and “Into the Sun.” In addition, he also worked on tracks co-produced by Diplo such as “Body to Body” and “Like Animals.”
During an interview with K-all Podcast following his work with BTS, NITTI specifically mentioned Jungkook as the member who impressed him the most vocally. The producer could not hide his amazement as he shared: “I think the most impressed too was like Jungkook’s voice live in the studios, just insane like that guy can sing…”
Not stopping there, NITTI also emphasized the idol’s remarkable musical abilities. In fact, this is not the first time Jungkook has received glowing praise from international producers. Previously, Tyler Spry — the songwriter who participated in composing the title track “SWIM” from ARIRANG — commented: “Jungkook is an amazing songwriter, and he’s an incredible singer. He can sing with no Auto-Tune and нιт all the notes. Jungkook would say, ‘Can I get on the mic?’ And then he’d just bring the most angelic melody.”
Meanwhile, Diplo — a Grammy-winning producer and member of the famous EDM group Major Lazer — also expressed amazement when talking about BTS’s abilities and especially praised Jungkook: “They’re so hands-on. They’re so creative, I can’t believe it. Jungkook? No autotune, perfect voice. They’re funny as hell, they rap, they do everything. They’re like the real deal.”
With his abilities recognized by numerous international music professionals, Jungkook continues to strengthen his position within the global music industry. He previously clinched the No. 1 spot in the '2025 Best K-Pop Vocalist' poll hosted by the foreign media outlet Music Mundial. Furthermore, he became the first and only кσяєαn male singer to be named in the '200 Greatest Singers of All Time' list by Rolling Stone, a leading αмєяι¢αn music magazine.
