When BTS’ ARIRANG World Tour was first announced earlier this year, more than 70 concerts were scheduled across 34 cities worldwide. However, due to overwhelming demand from fans around the world, BIGHIT MUSIC later added more shows in cities across North and South αмєяι¢α, Asia, and Australia. The company also announced additional locations on the tour map, bringing the current total number of shows to 88 and making ARIRANG the biggest world tour of BTS’ career, and even one of the largest tours in K-pop history.
Notably, these numbers do not appear to be the final count, as multiple sources suggest that there are still some destinations yet to be announced.
For starters, кσяєαn media and BIGHIT MUSIC have repeatedly hinted at the possibility of adding stops in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. During a press conference in late July, CEO Lee Jae Sang once mentioned: "There are still many dates left on the BTS world tour that haven't been announced yet, so I'm cautious about sharing additional performances and plans, but I do want to say that they are planned."
During a livestream ahead of the Arlington concert, SUGA also seemingly let slip the possibility of BTS performing in a location that is not currently included in the ARIRANG schedule: South Africa.

Most recently, an account that had previously leaked BTS’ concert dates accurately once again shared a list of the group’s potential next destinations. The information quickly spread online and became a hot topic among fans.
In Latin αмєяι¢α, мєχι¢σ City appeared as many as three times on the list, alongside cities such as Guayaquil, San José, Asunción, and Rio de Janeiro. Notably, the account also posted the line, “Get ready starting October 27th!”, suggesting that the exact dates and schedules for the additional destinations on next year’s South αмєяι¢αn leg could be officially announced on October 27.
Meanwhile, when asked whether BTS’ return to мєχι¢σ would take place at Banorte Stadium, the account pointed out that it would not, saying that the group would instead perform at мєχι¢σ City Stadium, formerly known as Azteca Stadium. Notably, there is some basis for the claim that BTS will return to мєχι¢σ for three more shows. In a public speech late last September, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum affirmed that BTS would return to the Latin αмєяι¢αn country in 2027.
Beyond the information above, the account also shared several other noteworthy details. When asked whether BTS would visit Guatemala, the account firmly replied that they would, but not in 2027. Ecuador was reportedly set to receive two additional concert dates, while the account hinted that BTS would announce the information during an upcoming broadcast. Colombia was also said to be part of the plan, while Peru has yet to be confirmed.
The account also hinted at the possibility of BTS returning to Argentina and Chile for concerts, but suggested that they would return for an event instead. It even hinted that soмєтнing big could be in the works for Chile. The account also mentioned Costa Rica, claiming that HYBE’s team had visited the country to inspect stadiums, further fueling speculation that BTS could potentially make a stop there.

Although the accuracy of the account’s previous leaks — including information that reportedly matched the Mexican President’s statement — has given fans reason to take the latest claims seriously, many fans are still reminding one another to remain cautious. For now, these are still only rumors, and the fandom needs to wait patiently for an official announcement from the agency. Even so, the topic continues to spark heated discussions across social media:
- Paraguay with 2 dates mmmmm, I can believe one, but two is already just being greedy, honestly
- What days will the screenings be held in theaters? I have a feeling they might announce soмєтнing there
- I highly doubt they’ll do another tour in Latin αмєяι¢α and the Caribbean. They’d probably go to נαραи and the U.S. again first
- They’re rumors. Until the company says soмєтнing, we can’t tell you whether it’s true or not
- Even if they do come back, Yoon always keeps his promises. We just have to wait and see what the company says
- My God, RIO DE JANEIRO! If this actually turns out to be real, will BTS finally remember that SÃO PAULO isn’t the only city in вяαzιℓ?!!!!
- I’m going to pretend I didn’t see that because they asked if it would be at Banorte and they said no, that it would be at Azteca. MY LOVE, IT’S THE SAME DAMN THING — AZTECA AND BANORTE!
- My God in heaven… Rio de Janeiro appearing THREE TIMES, people I'm gonna have a breakdown…
- If BTS performs at the Maracanã, I’ll go into debt and sell everything I own, but I’ll be there
