Similar to hair and makeup, stage outfits are an important element in creating the overall look of a K-pop performance. For top stars like BTS, outfit choices are carefully considered by the idols and their styling team, as even a single unsuitable detail can affect the performance or even become a major point of controversy.
Given BTS’ current status, the group’s stage outfits are also often provided by major fashion brands or sponsored by some of the world’s leading fashion houses.
A notable example was the Paris leg of the ARIRANG tour in July 2026, where the members wore custom designs from fashion houses they serve as ambαѕѕadors for or have long-standing relationships with: Jimin (Dior), Jin and RM (Gucci), V (Celine), j-hope (Louis Vuitton), Jungkook (Balenciaga), and SUGA (Givenchy). Several media outlets described the outfits as custom-made for the stage by the respective fashion houses’ creative directors or ateliers.

That is why it was particularly surprising to see a Southeast Asian fashion brand take on the stage outfits for the opening segment of BTS’ Latin αмєяι¢α leg!
Following BTS’ concert in Bogotá, the wнιтe outfits worn for the opening of their show at Estadio El Campín quickly attracted attention. The designs followed a deconstructed concept, featuring an off-wнιтe base with fabrics treated in brown, giving them the appearance of burn marks or a worn-out finish, combined with ripped and cut-out details, zippers, and straps. Some members also wore wнιтe fur jackets, cropped blazers, stand-collar tops, or metallic details.
The overall styling created a bold, rebellious, and cool look that fit perfectly with the opening performances, including “Hooligan,” “Ailens,” and “Run BTS,” which carry a similar vibe. The well-fitted and distinctive designs also quickly sparked fans’ curiosity about the team behind the outfits.

It did not take long for fans to find out. Shortly after the concert, LJIN — a brand from Vietnam — shared details of its collaboration with the world’s top stars. The brand posted a series of photos and videos on its official Instagram documenting the collaboration with BTS’ styling team, from the initial concept development and sample-making to the outfit fitting process.
On X, the brand also reposted photos of BTS wearing the designs at BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ 2026 in Bogotá, Colombia from BTS’ official account, writing: “BTS (@bts_bigнιт) with special custom-made designs from LJIN at BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' 2026 in Bogotá, Colombia. A special thanks to stylist Kim Yejin and her team for this opportunity.”

LJIN, also written as L’Jin or L’JIN, is a Vietnamese menswear brand founded by Nguyen Trong Lam in Ho Chi Minh City in 2016. Starting out as an imported menswear store, the brand later shifted toward designing and tailoring its own pieces. The founder also went on to develop the womenswear brand LSEOUL (LSOUL), which has been worn by K-pop idols including BLACKPINK, BABYMONSTER, and TWICE.
On his personal account, the CEO also expressed his pride in the special collaboration, saying: “After weeks of flying back and forth and working between the two teams in кσяєα, the team finally completed a set of outfits for all seven BTS members. After BLACKPINK, this time it’s BTS. LJIN is proud to be the first Vietnamese brand to have both of these national groups wear our designs. So proud!” He also revealed that another surprise outfit set is still in store for BTS’ second concert in Bogotá.
