The surprise songs span BTS’s entire career, from Billboard Hot 100 нιтs like “Take Two” to decade-old singles such as “I NEED U.” The group has even performed songs they hadn’t played in nearly a decade, including “Crystal Snow,” as well as tracks that newer ARMYs might barely know, like “Paldogangsan.”
The songs are chosen at random each night, but sometimes it comes down to “DJ spin that sh1t,” or the members ask fans what they want to hear. Recently, one veteran ARMY boldly made her request, successfully catching the attention of BTS themselves!
A K-ARMY took to Instagram to post a Reel, hoping it would reach BTS and HYBE. In the video, she pαѕѕionately asked the group to bring back “이불킥 (Embarrαѕѕed),” a song fans often refer to as “Blanket Kick.”
She even had one extra request: “There’s a song you guys NEED to perform (preferably at Festa or Muster). I really want you to perform Blanket Kick in кσяєα, and there HAS to be an actual bed + blanket on stage. Please…”
Released on the 2014 album Dark & Wild, “Blanket Kick” is known for its playful melody, hilarious choreography, and adorable aegyo moves. The song’s performances during concerts in 2015 left fans with unforgettable memories. That’s why it has remained on many fans’ wishlists ever since BTS introduced the surprise song segment on their ARIRANG World Tour.
In a surprising turn of events, the request actually reached the BTS members! Jungkook reposted the Reel with a hilarious message: “Well, it reached me, at least.” Meanwhile, V liked the post, while RM went a step further and directly commented, “Goddayum blanket kick.” He even added what sounded almost like a promise to perform it, as long as the fan showed up: “Please come if we hold a concert in кσяєα.”
