On the 31st of this month, Jin resumed the final chapter of his journey to meet fans within Run Seokjin Ep.Tour 2025.This concert also marked the conclusion of his tour that began in Goyang in June and covered 10 cities, including the encore, in נαραи, the United States, and Europe.
The first day of the two-day encore concert at Incheon Munhak Main Stadium revived the excitement of the fandom after about four months since his last performance. Jin treated fans to his outstanding solo tracks as well as new arrangements of the group’s legendary songs.
Moreover, on the first day of the encore concerts, he invited two special guests to the stage — j-hope and Jungkook — whom he called “celebrities competing for the top spot in кσяєα.”

While Jin and his fans were enjoying a happy time under the dome of Incheon Munhak Main Stadium, a topic appeared on online communities, accusing that “a large number of tickets were unsold” and that Jin’s concert “had thousands of empty seats,” mocking him for allegedly flopping in кσяєα.
The post titled “BTS JIN'S CONCERT IS TOMORROW, BUT IT'LL BE FREAKING EMPTY” drew a lot of attention. In it, the OP presented ticket sales data categorized by age and gender of buyers. The person also noted that areas on the ground floor, as well as the upper levels (specifically the second and fourth floors), still had significant open seating despite efforts to cordon off certain zones and sides.
The OP concluded: “He's performing on 2 days, but he still hasn't sold out on either day... and it starts tomorrow... ㄷㄷ Selling out aside, there are still so many tickets left ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Excluding the ground seats, the 2nd and 4th floors have even blocked off many nosebleed seats and other sections, but it's still empty ㅜㅜㅜㅜ.”

However, as soon as the post spread, it faced heavy criticism instead of the support the OP had expected. Fans pointed out that the poster had no idea how mαѕѕive Incheon Munhak Main Stadium was, yet concluded that the number of unfilled seats indicated Jin’s concert lacked appeal.
“Do they even realize how huge Incheon Munhak Stadium is? Even if you only use half the stadium, the ground seats alone hold about 10,000, the second floor 15,000, and the fourth floor another 10,000. The company didn’t even promote it, yet he's already sold over 55,000 tickets for the two days, yet they’re calling that an ‘empty concert’?”, one highlighted comment stated.
In addition, ARMYs pointed out that this large-scale stadium concert was confirmed in an extremely short time frame, ticket sales only began two weeks prior, and even worse, overseas fans could hardly purchase tickets due to Interpark’s system error. Yet Jin still sold 70,000 seats across the two days — even though the concert was not held on a weekend.

Jin himself confirmed how rushed the encore concert plan had been when he said during the show: “Even though it wasn’t in the original plan, I hurriedly prepared for the encore. I knew opening ticket sales only about two weeks ahead was too rushed — not even enough time to plan a trip. But this was the only time I could make it happen, so I prepared while managing other work at the same time. If ARMYs had fun, then I’m truly satisfied and happy.”
They also quoted remarks from TV Daily, one of кσяєα’s major media outlets, regarding Jin’s Day 1 encore concert: “Although this performance was decided and organized within a very short period — only about two weeks before ticketing began — the concert was completed with the same high quality as his previous shows, successfully conveying the sincerity that Jin wanted to express.”
In particular, TV Daily also emphasized: “This encore fan concert continues Jin’s impressive record streak: from achieving full sold-outs for all shows in Goyang (кσяєα) and in the נαραиese cities of Chiba and Osaka, to becoming the first кσяєαn solo artist to perform at the O2 Arena in London (UK). He also drew a record au∂ιєnce for a кσяєαn artist at Honda Center in Anaheim (US), and became the first кσяєαn soloist to sell out all seats at the αмєяι¢αn Airlines Center in Dallas — further solidifying his strong position in the global music scene.”

Considering these details, it’s absurd that the OP described Jin’s encore concert as “FREAKING EMPTY.” 70,000 concert tickets sold — is that the definition of empty? Then apparently, no idol can ever meet this person’s definition of “crowded” again!
Under the toxic user’s post, countless comments defending Jin poured in:
- It's a concert that was decided last minute, but with 70,000 seats for two days, I wouldn't call this empty at all ㅋㅋ I'm so excited for the concert
- The Gallery b*tches on the forum worked so hard trying to drag him, but all this really shows is how strong the BTS members’ core fanbase is
- We're super happy, but the Gallery b*tches are the pitiful ones ㅠㅠ
- Munhak Stadium is so huge that nobody cares if it doesn't sell out ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ I'm excited for the concert
- You have ZERO CREDIBILITY right now. Or is the purpose just clickbait and to discredit #JIN?
- Yes it was empty for a 3 wks notice and 10 days selling period. Have you seen the real photos from the stadium?
- Watching the livestream, and it's a full house. Stop spreading lies, mfr.
- I really am about to start sending demons to make your life a living hell.
- Breaking heart of kpoops its already sold out and that post is only glitching tickets
- Jin tour - Empty seats?????? Anyway ur favs not selling any stadiums like that that’s why ur αѕѕ can’t resist. Jin sold out king
- All his other concerts were sold out. Fans said they wanted an encore and so he asked for an encore to be done. He said he made sure the venue was booked the minute it was available. He even said he hadn't started planning either. Because it was on a whim. Regardless the photos of the concert look like it was filled to me
- It’s a last minute thing.Blame BH for this instead. Fans can’t magically afford to fund themselves for the concert
- This goes to any artists like BlackPink, Twice, BTS, ect… u don’t have to SELL out. Literally the # of au∂ιєnces in itself is already an achievement no other individual has done.
- So what are those ghosts cheering directly at the concert??? Liar.I hope you learn to check FACTS before spreading fake news
