If many fans have noticed, BTS has recently developed a surprising number of connections with the sports world. The first major ѕнσ¢кwave came in mid-May when FIFA and Global Citizen announced that BTS would be one of the three headlining performers for the halftime show of the 2026 World Cup Final at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. It marks the first halftime show in the nearly 100-year history of the FIFA World Cup, and BTS will also become the first K-pop artists ever to take on a headlining role at the world's biggest sporting event.

Meanwhile, on the 29th of this month, Nike also announced its latest collaboration with BTS. The partnership includes exclusive tour merchandise such as T-shirts, black hoo∂ιєs, and кσяєα-exclusive baseball caps. In addition, Nike introduced a Nike By You customization program featuring 10 BTS-inspired designs that fans can use to personalize apparel and bags. The Nike By You experience will launch on June 1, 2026, at select Nike stores worldwide, while the tour merchandise will be available at selected ARIRANG tour stops and online in ¢нιиα.

But that's not all. Late on May 30, a post uploaded to the Instagram account of the NFL team Seattle Seahawks sparked major speculation among fans about a potential collaboration between one of the world's most valuable sports brands and the global K-pop superstars!
The post featured an image of three interlocking circles that immediately reminded many people of another similar design—the logo of BTS's ARIRANG album, released in March of this year. The post even also tagged the official BTS account @bts.bigнιтofficial. While BTS's album logo primarily uses red as its signature color, the version shared by the football team adopted the Seahawks' iconic navy blue palette.
The details inside the logo were also redesigned to reflect the team's identity: one circle featured a stylized seahawk emblem, another depicted Seattle's bridges, and the third displayed the number 12, a symbol representing the team's pαѕѕionate fanbase. Beneath the emblem was the phrase "12 AS ONE," which further reminded fans of the themes of unity and togetherness found throughout the ARIRANG album.

Given these clues, fans quickly became excited and began speculating about what might be coming next. Some focused on the possibility of Seattle being added as a stop on the second leg of the ARIRANG tour at Lumen Field. Other discussions revolved around ideas such as a Super Bowl halftime performance or a major stadium concert collaboration.
Fans and netizens are currently buzzing with excitement over the possibility, commenting:
